Moderately hot, this original Half Moon Bay Iguana Red Pepper Sauce is the result of years of wordly misadventure by their guerrilla research and development team, who would otherwise be just a couple of aging, unemployed surf bums.
One such folly involved an overly curious howler monkey, a sackful of cayenne peppers, a very hungry green iguana and the local Guardia, the latter of whom didn’t see the humour of the situation… guess you had to be there.
Ingredients: Water, Cayenne Peppers, Vinegar, Carrots, Cane Sugar, Salt, Tomato Paste, Molasses, Corn Starch, Caramel Colour, Onions.
