The cost of delivery will depend on the amount of sauces your order, your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. If your order is at least $99 in value and you do not live in a remote location, your order will be delivered to you for free.
We accept a variety of payment methods. You can order using major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments via Paypal and by direct deposit to our bank account. In the case of payment by direct deposit, your order will not be dispatched until the cleared funds have arrived in our bank account.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Orders shipped via Sendle or Australia Post Parcel Post will generally take between one and five business days to be delivered to East coast capitals and major regional centres. Orders shipped to Western Australia, Tasmania and more remote locations can take up to two weeks to arrive.
Sauce Mania is based Brisbane, so those with shipping addresses in Brisbane will receive their orders faster. Sendle will often deliver Brisbane orders the next business day after they are received.
For those who would like to receive their order faster, we also offer an Express Post shipping option. Using this method your order is guaranteed to arrive the next business day for those who live within the Express Post network. Please note that if your shipping address is outside the Express Post network the Australia Post Next Day Guarantee does not apply and your order may take an extra day or two to reach you.

The SSL certificate used by Sauce Mania carries a $10,000 warranty to further protect customer purchases.
We’ll certainly do our best! If there is a sauce that you love and you can’t find it in stock elsewhere in Australia, or would like to see it stocked at Sauce Mania, please send us an email and let us know. We’ll do our best to find a supplier or distributor and, where possible, place an order and stock it for you.
Yes. Once your order has been received by us, you will be sent an invoice with your order confirmation email.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you are unable to change or cancel it. If you would like to order additional items you will need to place another order.
