Below are answers to the most common questions about the shipping and delivery of your Sauce Mania order. If you have a question that is not listed here, please Contact Us and ask us.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

After you have placed your order there is brief window of opportunity where it may be possible to change the shipping address. Please review the order confirmation email that you receive after your order has been placed and if you notice any errors please contact us immediately using the form on the Contact Us page.

We will do our best to update the shipping address or correct any errors before your order is dispatched to you.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. The shipping method you select will not alter your position in the queue, only how long it will take for your order to be delivered to you.

Orders that are shipped by Sendle are shipped once a day and are usually shipped the next business day after they are received.

Orders shipped by Australia Post that are received before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the next business day.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer three methods of shipping: Sendle, Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post.

Sendle is our economy shipping option and should be selected by those who would like to minimise their shipping costs. When your order qualifies for free shipping it is usually sent via Sendle, although we reserve the right to use another carrier if we deem it appropriate.

Australia Post Parcel Post is usually slightly more expensive than Sendle when shipping to capital cities and major regional centres. It is recommended that those in rural or remote areas use this shipping method as it often works out cheaper due to Sendle’s remote delivery surcharge.

Express Post is our express shipping option and if you select this method your order will reach you faster. Sauce Mania customers who are located within the Express Post Delivery Network can expect to receive their order the next business day after it is shipped.

When will my order arrive?

Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, please allow:

For Sendle:

Metro delivery: 3-5 business days
Regional Delivery: 5-7 business days
Remote Delivery: 7-14 business days

Brisbane customers please note: Sendle will get your order to you much faster than Australia Post. It is our experience that 90% of the time, Sendle will deliver your order the next business day and we recommend Sendle to our Brisbane customers for that reason.

Parcel Post: Allow 3-5 business days for most East Coast capitals and major regional centres. For delivery to Perth and other remote locations please allow up to 10 business days.

Express Post: The next business day after your order was shipped if the delivery address is located within the Express Post Delivery Network. If the delivery address is located outside the Express Post Delivery Network then it may take an additional business day or two for your order to reach you.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. Sauce Mania only accepts orders from, and delivers to, those with addresses in Australia.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?

Sendle does not deliver to Australia Post owned properties such as post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations as Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

If you select Parcel Post or Express Post as your delivery method your order can be delivered to a PO Box or parcel locker.

Please note that orders that qualify for free shipping must be sent to a street address, as Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Both Sendle and Australia Post provide order tracking information.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

Orders sent via Sendle that weigh under 500g do not require a signature and will be left at the delivery address if there is a safe place to leave the parcel.

If an order dispatched with Sendle is unable to be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free re-delivery.

Orders sent via Parcel Post will default to Authority to Leave and customers of freestanding residences who are not home to accept delivery and who have a safe place to leave the parcel will have their parcel delivered and a picture will be taken of where it was left. This will be made available to you via

Orders sent by Express Post require a signature on delivery. If you are not home to accept delivery, you will need to sign for it when picking up the parcel from the post office.

I just received my order and it is incorrect or damaged.

How to save on shipping

You can significantly reduce the amount it costs per bottle to ship sauces to you by ordering several sauces.

The table below sets out an example of shipping bottles of sauce to Sydney. By ordering five bottles instead of just one, the cost of shipping per bottle can be reduced by approximately two thirds.
