Buddy Taylor has been making handcrafted sauces in the Florida Everglades since 1989, and the original Gator Sauce is the one that started everything — aged cayenne peppers blended with garlic, vinegar, and a proprietary assorted pepper and spice blend that Taylor has refined over three decades of small-batch production.

The ageing process mellows the cayenne’s raw edge while concentrating its flavour, giving the Gator Sauce a rounded depth that distinguishes it from standard cayenne hot sauces. Genuinely versatile — works as well on eggs and pizza as it does on ribs and grilled meats. All-natural, handmade in small batches in Florida. Available in the larger 296ml format for those who go through it quickly.

In 1989 he christened his concoction Gator Hammock Gator Sauce and has since continued to come out with innovative sauces and condiments. Our products are all hand made with all natural ingredients.
