Buddy Taylor has been making handcrafted sauces in the Florida Everglades since 1989, and the Lethal Gator is his most extreme creation — the original Gator Sauce base (aged cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, salt, and xanthan gum) amplified with red habanero mash, red Scotch Bonnet mash, and jalapeño mash for a three-pepper superheat that rolls in slow, strikes clean, and lingers long. Key lime juice adds a bright Floridian citrus finish, celery seed adds herbal depth.

The Lethal Gator doesn’t whisper. No MSG, all natural. Handmade in small batches in Felda, Florida. Outstanding on wings, pizza, ribs, and anything that can handle serious heat with real Louisiana-style flavour.

In 1989 he christened his concoction Gator Hammock Gator Sauce and has since continued to come out with innovative sauces and condiments. Our products are all hand made with all natural ingredients.
