The Chilli Project grows their chillies in Australia and crafts their sauces in small batches with a focus on quality and flavour — and the Habanero Hot Sauce is their most versatile creation, winner of 2nd Place at the 2021 Mr Chilli Awards. A classic carrot-based formula built on Australian-grown habanero and cayenne chillies at 9% combined, with sunflower oil giving it a smooth, slightly rich texture that helps it coat food beautifully. Carrot provides natural sweetness and body, garlic adds savoury depth, and onion and sugar round out the base.
