Amarillo is the third installment of Howler Monkey’s Caribbean style hot sauces from Panama. They have used select yellow scotch bonnets and tweaked their Original recipe.

Slightly hotter than their Original with another great flavour!

Ingredients: Distilled Vinegar, Yellow Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Red Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Garlic, Water, Salt, Onions, Mustard (mustard seed, turmeric, spices), Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cumin.
