Walkerswood has been producing traditional Jamaican condiments since 1978 in Walkerswood, Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica — and the Jonkanoo is their hottest sauce, named after the traditional Jamaican masquerade festival celebrated with music, dance, and elaborate costumes. Fresh West Indian red Scotch Bonnet peppers — Jamaica’s defining hot pepper, the same variety used in jerk seasoning — are blended with scallions, thyme, and garlic for a sauce that’s genuinely Jamaican in character from first drop to last.
