Pickapeppa Gingery Mango Sauce is created using a unique blend of mangoes, onions, sugar, cane vinegar, raisins, peppers and spices. These fine ingredients are selected from seven countries around the world, to ensure the best possible quality. This blend is then aged in oak barrels for one full year before bottling to ensure the rich flavour that Pickapeppa’s admirers love so much.

Great mango flavour, think a thinner chutney, but with a good dose of ginger zing. Definitely on the milder side.
