This is the newest sauce by High River Sauces. A mixture of tomatillo, green chile and jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and spices to give it a unique fresh flavour. This one has just the right nip without overpowering with heat. It’s a very pepper forward verde sauce with a salsa like consistency.

You definitely get the wonderful flavours of the jalapeño pepper mash and the other green chili peppers mixed with the tartness of the tomatillos, lime juice, and a slight vinegar tang. The onions and garlic are there, but more on the back end.

This is a sauce anyone can enjoy!
