Lovely flavours but a bit runny for use in rolls/sandwiches. Great for pasta

Amazing flavor… the smoke was exactly what I was hoping for, and it is well delivered. It’s a mash, so all chillis are found amongst the smoky aroma and taste. Great amount of heat (the 7 pot primo shines well), but doesn’t overwhelm the fantastic flavor. I recommend not to waste on food… on it’s own is fine… or put food on top of the sauce ?
