Dragon In The Clouds is a limited-edition Hot Ones collaboration between First We Feast and Asian music collective 88rising, crafted by Heatonist and featured in Feast Mansion Season 2. The ingredients reference the diverse cultural backgrounds of 88rising’s roster: yuzu juice for Japan, Szechuan peppercorn essential oil for China, and ghost chile providing the extreme heat. The result is a genuinely unusual sauce — intense and floral, with the ghost pepper’s slow-building million-Scoville heat arriving after the citrusy yuzu and numbing Szechuan peppercorn character.

Not for the faint-hearted, and not for everyday use — this is a collector’s piece and an experience in a bottle. Use sparingly as a finisher. Mustard seed and essential oils add further complexity.
