Plums, birds eye chillies, ghost chilliies, tamarind and hoisin combine to create this Chinese style plum sauce with a special Dingo twist. A balance of sweet, sour and spicy it’s the perfect accompaniment for roast duck, pork spare ribs and of course any noodle or rice dish.
Have to also give a special mention for the dumplings + Mr. Fong combo – pretty darn special.

This is a very tasty plum sauce but lack any punch in the heat department.
Would be a great “beginners” hot sauce.
