To celebrate the 10th anniversary of CaJohn’s Fiery Foods, CaJohn created a blistering hot sauce without the use of pepper extracts. Four superhot chillies combine in a single sauce: Fatalii (West African, fruity and citrusy at 125,000–400,000 SHU), Red Savina Habanero (the pepper that held the world heat record from 1994–2006 at 577,000 SHU), Orange Habanero (100,000–350,000 SHU), and Naga Jolokia Powder (Ghost Pepper, over one million SHU). Chile Caribe adds coarse dried red chile texture. Mustard adds tangy sharpness. Black pepper adds secondary spice. A select blend of dehydrated vegetable powders rounds out the flavour.
