Legend has it that the Chupacabra roams the wilds of Puerto Rico. Keep it away from your goats (chupar “to suck” and cabra “goat”, literally “goat sucker”), the elderly and children. This sauce is hot! Just imagine the ultrahot peppers: Trinidad Scorpion, 7-Pot, Scotch Bonnet, Moruga and Bhut Jolokia mashed together with spices to create a fearsome sauce called El Chupacabra.
