Made from Louisiana-grown, fully ripe red cayenne peppers hand-picked at exactly that right time, and then salted down and aged until the mash is perfect for conversion and bottling. An all-natural product that is almost 90% cayenne peppers, this sauce packs a truly authentic, fresh cayenne flavour that will be very different when compared to other sauces that typically have a stronger concentration of vinegar.

The General’s Danger Close Hot Sauce is a magical blend of red cayenne and orange habanero peppers. The General thinks it’s the PERFECT sauce for making buffalo wings – it packs a strong cayenne flavour, but also brings a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat. More heat than their best-seller, Dead Red, but it won’t melt your brain like a heavy dose of Shock & Awe.

The General’s Shock & Awe Hot Sauce is not for the faint of heart, this sauce was a special request from The General’s beloved heat freak fans that they have since opened up to the rest of the universe. Made with almost 90% American-grown orange habaneros, you’ll get a unique punch of deep, powerful, sustained heat that is offset by a sweet aroma and taste.

The General’s Hooah Jalapeño Hot Sauce is carefully blended from precisely aged, American-grown peppers. Hooah Jalapeño carries a mild-medium heat profile, and is a versatile flavour that can be used anywhere. The General loves it on tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and scrambled eggs. If you want rich pepper flavour with just a casual hint of heat, you found the right sauce. Each bottle contains at least 86% japapeno pepper content.

The General is on a mission to produce the highest quality American-grown, all-natural hot sauce possible. The General's hot sauces contain 86% actual peppers, while the industry standard is only 20%. A lot of what we do is manual, old-school work. It's decidedly inefficient, but it's worth it. For us, it’s not a race to be the biggest, nor will we cut corners to be the cheapest. We’d much rather focus on making a hot sauce that is almost 90% (yes—ninety, that’s not a typo) aged cayenne, jalapeno or ornage habanero peppers. If you’re looking for cheaply made, cheaply priced products that are loaded with chemicals, we are definitely the wrong company for you.
