Palo Alto Firefighters Ghost Pepper Sauce is a classic taco sauce with plenty of cumin. This version has an extra kick from the infamous ghost pepper!
Ingredients: Water, Jalapeno Puree (Jalapenos, Citric Acid), Distilled Vinegar, Red Bell Pepper, Puree (Red Bell Peppers, Citric Acid), Dehydrated Onion, Serrano Puree (Serrano Peppers, Citric Acid), Cayenne Pepper, Jolokia Chile Peppers, Oregano, Xanthan Gum, Dehydrated Garlic, Cumin.

Not as hot as you’d think being a ghost pepper sauce, probably only as hot as a habanero sauce but has a ton of fruity flavour. Very good sauce.
