Using fresh pineapples whenever available, this Pineapple Jalapeno pepper sauce adds a tropical aroma and sweet savoury flavour to any dish. A medium heat pepper sauce, the earthy flavour of the jalapeno pairs well with the sweet fruitiness of the pineapple. A Pallotta Hot favourite.

Pairs best with chicken, salmon and other fish, ribs, pulled pork and ham. Also use as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers or wings and even use as a dessert topping over ice cream or cakes. All natural and gluten free.
