This traditional table sauce blends carefully selected red jalapeño pepper mash with 1 Million Scoville Pepper Extract for a heat that starts familiar and arrives genuinely extreme. Pure cane sugar adds sweetness, garlic powder adds savoury depth, jalapeño powder amplifies the jalapeño character, lemon flavour (alcohol, water, oil of lemon) adds citrus brightness, and xanthan gum gives it a smooth consistency.
