Kaitaia Fire Chili Pepper Sauce is the original, and now world famous, New Zealand hot sauce made from locally grown organic chilies, and named after the local town.

The certified organic chillies used in Kaitaia Fire are sun-ripened in New Zealand’s far north, barrel aged like a fine wine and blended to create a superior piquant flavour.

Ingredients: Chilies (55%), Water, Cider Vinegar, Food Acid (E260), Salt, Vegetable Gum (E415).
