Thick, sweet, and tangy with warm spice notes, it works exactly like tomato ketchup but with a distinctly tropical character. Use it as a dipping sauce for lumpia, a glaze for grilled meats, a spread on a hotdog bun, or stir it through fried rice for a Filipino-style twist.
