The Medium Hot is the entry point of three heat levels (Medium Hot, Habanero & Mango, and the hottest Mega Diablo). Unlike traditional Buffalo wing sauce which uses butter for richness, this is a pure pepper-and-vinegar formula — cayenne and jalapeño together in a clean vinegar base with garlic and spices.
