Half Hammerhead Shark, half Alligator, the Hammah Gatah is the inaugural mythical creature of the 6 Fin Series. With a southern inspired base, a traditional Cajun seasoning was added along with a hint of smoke. This sauce features the scorching heat of Louisiana born 7 Pot Primo pepper, with a New England accent.

Try it on seafood, rice dishes, grilled meat, poultry, tacos, tempeh, and anything in need of rich, southern influenced flavour.

    This will definitely satisfy fans of setting their mouth ablaze, but like its brethren, also puts the flavour first and has layers from smoky to fruity, to richly savory. Recommended for hotheads.
