The General’s Danger Close Hot Sauce is a magical blend of red cayenne and orange habanero peppers. The General thinks it’s the PERFECT sauce for making buffalo wings – it packs a strong cayenne flavour, but also brings a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat. More heat than their best-seller, Dead Red, but it won’t melt your brain like a heavy dose of Shock & Awe.

Ingredients: Louisiana Cayenne & Habanero Peppers, Distilled White Vinegar, Salt, Garlic.

The General’s Shock & Awe Hot Sauce is not for the faint of heart, this sauce was a special request from The General’s beloved heat freak fans that they have since opened up to the rest of the universe. Made with almost 90% American-grown orange habaneros, you’ll get a unique punch of deep, powerful, sustained heat that is offset by a sweet aroma and taste.

Ingredients: Louisiana Orange Habanero Peppers, Distilled White Vinegar, Salt, Garlic.

The General’s Reaper Actual Hot Sauce is a scorching hot 5-star blend combining fiery Carolina Reaper peppers, rich red cayennes, and smokey chipotle seasoning. Reaper Actual packs an intense blended pepper presence (yep, still 86% peppers, which means max flavour), carries that smokey chipotle backdrop, and yeah, it’s hot, but it burns clean and finishes smoothly without the afterbite that comes from using thickeners or additives (The General’s sauces don’t need thickeners, it just wouldn’t be their style).

The General is on a mission to produce the highest quality American-grown, all-natural hot sauce possible. The General's hot sauces contain 86% actual peppers, while the industry standard is only 20%. A lot of what we do is manual, old-school work. It's decidedly inefficient, but it's worth it. For us, it’s not a race to be the biggest, nor will we cut corners to be the cheapest. We’d much rather focus on making a hot sauce that is almost 90% (yes—ninety, that’s not a typo) aged cayenne, jalapeno or ornage habanero peppers. If you’re looking for cheaply made, cheaply priced products that are loaded with chemicals, we are definitely the wrong company for you. But if you care about authentic, all-natural products made by an organisation that is committed to goals that extend far beyond just maximising profits, then you’re in exactly the right place.
