As chilli loving foodies, it was important to be able to incorporate heat into our sauces without sacrificing the quality and depth of flavour. The Chilli Project® now has a range of hot sauces with a wide variety of heat ratings and flavours, guaranteed to please all spice loving palates! The Chilli Project® uses only Australian grown chillies (no powders and no extracts), and our sauces have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Our flavoursome hot sauces are gluten free, dairy free and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
