The Sauce Brothers have channelled the spiciest of spirits in crafting their Ghost Pepper sauce. Made with the Bhut Jolokia — the infamous Ghost Pepper from northeast India, known to be so hot you will see your spirit rise from your body — this is a carrot-and-habanero formula with ghost pepper added for supernatural heat. The habanero mash provides the base fruity heat, fresh carrots add natural sweetness and body, ghost pepper adds over one million SHU of building intensity, and lime juice and garlic round out the flavour.
