Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce perfectly balances a vibrant flavour with a slow-burning heat. This original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to complement than compete with it. The brightness of the ginger and lime also work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost all of your favourite dishes.

Queen Majesty use all-natural ingredients so sometimes the colour and heat of the sauce may vary slightly from batch to batch, but the taste will always be the same!

Not sure what to make of this one. Love the scotch bonnet heat but found the ginger to be overpowering.

So so good, if you’re looking for a sauce to use with Thai food or to heat up a rice dish with gingery heat then this is it.
