High school sweethearts Luis and Marsha Morales started Humble House Foods with their college savings in 2008, selling at Texas farmers markets with a simple philosophy: flavour first, heat second. The Aji Amarillo sauce is their Latin-inspired masterpiece — a slow-aged chile fruit paste of golden raisins, dried mango, dried papaya, and habaneros blended with Aji Amarillo, the vibrant orange Peruvian chile with fruity heat and a natural tropical sweetness.
The result is rich, thick, and genuinely unlike any other hot sauce — sweet, tangy, mildly hot, and deeply complex. Excellent on fish tacos, grilled chicken, mac and cheese, omelets, and even ice cream. A 2016 H-E-B Quest for Texas Best finalist. Gluten free.

Very fruity, it has raisins, manga, and papaya so if you don’t like fruity sauces this isn’t for you. Not spicy and good with pretty much everything.
