Humble House, started by high school sweethearts Luis and Marsha Morales in San Antonio in 2008, built this one as the mildest of their trio — a genuine Mexican answer to Sriracha, made from red jalapeños and smoky guajillo chiles aged together for a tangy, garlic-forward flavour that mellows the heat while intensifying the taste. 3rd Place, 2016 H-E-B Quest for Texas Best.
Excellent on tacos, nachos, chicken wings, hummus, guacamole, scrambled eggs, or a Bloody Mary. Vegan and gluten free.
