Hot Ones Season 27 is here! The second season of 2025 has finally arrived and it promises to be a memorable one.
With 2025 being the 10th anniversary year the folks at Hot Ones are changing things up a little and have released a completely new concept reveal video with a group of Hot Ones Superfans and amateur Spice Lords not only introducing the new hot sauce lineup but sampling the new sauces on chicken wings as well. It is a must watch, not only to find out more about the new lineup, but also to see the fans reactions to the new sauces.

Shaquanda’s Hot Tropic Hot Pepper Sauce
So number one is Shaquanda’s Hot Tropic. Starting at the handle we are welcoming Shaquandas back to the lineup. Hot Tropic is a fruity blend of mango, papaya and orange rounded out with ginger, black mustard seed and Kashmiri chili powder. What a way to start the lineup. 1400 Scoville Heat Units.
Seed Ranch Flavor Co Just Wingin’ It Hot Sauce
Hello old friend. Returning to the lineup for the first time since Season 11, Seed Ranch Just Wingin’ It. It is their take on tangy wing sauce featuring Datil peppers, carrots, umami packed nutritional yeast and a hint of habaneros.
Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha Hot Sauce
The real ones know… Sriracha, it’s no big deal. Except this one is. The Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Sriracha is a red jalapeno base with a pickly twist of garlic and a splash of lime.
Alchemy Peppers Hopp Sauce Hopped Up Hot Sauce
Alchemy Peppers Mango Serrano Hopp. This well- balanced sauce combines sweet tart fruit juices with ghost pepper puree and citrusy hops. Orange juice brings out the hops aromatic notes while the ghost pepper heat builds on the tongue. The spice is starting to build.

Hot Ones Season 27 premiered on 22 May 2025 and featured Aaron Paul as the first celebrity guest of the new series. The new hot sauce lineup looks like one of the tastiest in recent memory but the back half will definitely bring the heat. It is a certainty that plenty of pain will be inflicted on the celebrity guests of Season 27. Don’t miss it!
