Smell: Sweet, smokey and hot.

Taste: Sweet whiskey front followed by smokey Carolina Reaper exit.

Ingredients: Capsicum 32.43% (Red), Tomato 24.54% (Truss), Whisky 16.18% (please note: this is before cooking process percentage and not the actual finish percentage you consume. Finish percentage 1.8% per 250ml), Carolina Reapers 10.71% ( Red, 100g max smoke 4-6hrs), Carolina Reaper 2.94% (ash), Sugar 8.85% (Brown), Vinegar 3.47% (Sherry), Garlic 0.29% (All sorted), Herbs & Garlic powder 0.29%, Thickener 0.25% (Xanthan gum).
