Bajan pepper sauce is a proud Barbados tradition – built on yellow chillies, mustard, turmeric, and horseradish rather than the vinegar-and-cayenne formula most people expect from a Caribbean hot sauce. Dingo Sauce Co.’s Fremantle chef Leigh Nash has taken that tradition and rebuilt it with WA-grown chillies, swapping in yellow 7-Pot and orange habanero for serious heat alongside the classic Bajan flavour base.

The result is genuinely unlike anything else in the range – earthy turmeric, sharp horseradish, mustard warmth, and fruity chilli heat all at once. Outstanding on seafood, fried chicken, corn, and cold cuts. Gluten free and vegan. Made in Western Australia in small batches with fresh, locally sourced chillies.
