Really good! One of the only garlic heavy hot sauces i’ve liked out of the many i’ve tried.

This is the first sauce in the Dawson’s range that I’ve tried and it’s absolutely delicious. It’s got a relatively mild heat but is absolutely loaded with flavour. It’s a chunky style sauce with a subtle jalapeno bite and a long lasting rich garlic aftertaste. I wanted to shake some on almost everything I ate, including cheddar cheese and sausages and it enhanced the flavour of it all. Highly recommended for those who prefer depth of flavour over heat.
