This sauce is derived from crushed West Indian Red Peppers, ranked #14 on the Scoville scale.
Ingredients: Water, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Vinegar, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Spices (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder) Potassium Sorbate (Preservative) Sodium Metabisulphite (To Maintain Colour).
