The Chilli Project Smokin’ Hot BBQ Sauce has a wonderful sweet and smoky flavour but is extremely hot with a special blend of Habanero, Ghost, Scorpion and Reaper chillies! It makes a fantastic hot chilli mayonnaise, is a fiery match with all bbq meats (especially cooked over coals), on ribs, chicken wings, or roasted vegetables. It is also wonderful in a jerky marinade!
