Formerly sold as Heisenberg’s Blueberry, Uncle Mungo had to bring this recipe out of retirement due to overwhelming demand. A perfect fusion of two extremes: blueberries at 62% of the bottle combined with Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chillies at over two million SHU — making this simultaneously one of the fruitiest and hottest sauces available. Thyme and cinnamon add warm aromatic depth. Orange and lime add citrus brightness. Scallion adds a fresh, onion-like savoury note.

Uncle Mungo rates this sauce as a 10/10 on the heat scale — please use with caution. Outstanding on desserts, pork dishes, and game meats. Made in Australia.
