In this sauce, the Sauce Brothers mix a few bits of habanero with cayenne peppers to make the perfect tang with a touch of habanero heat and flavour. This is their trademark wing sauce and the Sauce Brothers have been doing it this way for over 30 years. It is for all things buffalo as well as being an awesome table sauce.
Coat or dip fried or baked chicken wings and other parts, boneless chicken, nuggets, prawns, salads, wraps, sandwiches and pizza.
Ingredients: Water, Distilled White Vinegar, Red Cayenne Pepper Mash, Carrots, Canola Oil, Habanero Pepper Mash, Onion, Lime Juice, Salt, Garlic, Xanthan Gum and Natural Butter Flavour.
