Inspired by a Cambodian paste called kroeung, Pepplish Provisions Pineapple Lemongrass Ginger sauce adopts some Southeast Asian flavours.

The ginger, garlic, and onion flavours blend together very nicely, while the lemongrass gives it some pop. The pineapple rounds out the entire sauce by giving it a slightly sweet, tropical feel.

This sauce would go great on fried rice, pan fried fish, fish tacos, and pizza. Vegan friendly, and gluten free.
