Buddy Taylor has been handmaking sauces and condiments out of the Florida Everglades since 1989, and the Swamp Mustard is one of his most distinctive creations. Standard mustard this is not — tropical guavas are blended in with red cider vinegar and a proprietary spice blend, giving it a sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy character that stands well apart from anything in the supermarket condiment aisle.

Excellent as a dipping sauce, outstanding as a marinade for pork and chicken, and genuinely good on anything that could use a sweet-tangy-spicy lift. No MSG, no artificial ingredients. Handmade in small batches in Florida.
