Gator Hammock started with Gator Que as a base, added Swamp Mustard, maple syrup, Orange Blossom honey and Florida sour orange juice to create the perfect sauce for pork. This sweet sauce has a rich, full flavour with a mellow after burn.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Vinegar, Mustard, Sour Orange Juice, Honey Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, Guava, Chile Peppers, and other Spices.
