Chicken Ribs, Lamb Ribs, Pork Ribs or Beef… this sticky glaze will complement them all. It’s even good on wings or as a glaze for meat skewers. Christmas Ham? amazing!

Non meat eaters will also love it on firm tofu or tempeh or simply use it as a condiment.

Smaller ribs can be cooked in the glaze but for meatier ribs that require longer cooking, we use it to baste toward the end of cooking.
