This green hot sauce made from jalapenos, tomatillos, coriander and spinach is a tangy, bright, spicy and and herbaceous sauce where heat is balanced with flavour. A green sauce often means a mild sauce – this is not true in this case as Melinda’s have added some red habanero chillies (described as ‘dragon fire’) to up the ante on the heat levels.
