Made by Southwest Specialty Foods in Goodyear, Arizona — the same operation behind the Ass Kickin’ range — the Whoop Ass Chipotle BBQ is a rich, thick, smoky BBQ sauce loaded with real heat from dehydrated chipotle peppers and green chillies rather than pepper extract. The tomato paste and molasses base delivers deep, sweet BBQ character, soy sauce adds umami savouriness, liquid hickory smoke adds the campfire character, and the chipotle-and-green-chilli combination gives it a heat level far above your average BBQ sauce.
