At Sauce Mania, we are committed to customer satisfaction.

If you receive an order from us which contains a product that is either damaged or past its expiry date, we will replace it. If we do not have that item in stock, we will issue you with store credit in the amount of the total purchase price of that item, including shipping.

If you received a product that you did not order and were charged for then we will issue you with a refund and will arrange for the product to be returned to us at our expense.

In order to be returned, a damaged product must be in an unusable condition. In the case of a sauce bottle, it must be cracked, broken, or punctured. Minor cosmetic damage is not a valid reason for returning a product.

If a damaged product is not in a condition to be returned, we will require photographic evidence of the product’s damage, as well as proof of purchase.

For a product return to be accepted, you must notify us by email within three (3) days from the date your order was received by you. We cannot accept any returns after this three day period has elapsed.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on Sauce Mania Gift Cards. Gift Cards must be used to purchase products from us and cannot be redeemed for cash.
