Homegrown Sauce Co. was founded in 2015 and is a family-owned and operated business based in Melbourne, Australia that specialises in the flavoursome South American sauce, Aji. Husband and wife, Joel and Carolina Adderley were the first to produce Aji in Australia and introduce it to the Australian public after having the recipe handed down to them by Carolina’s Chilean family.
