The old time saying goes, “old fire stick is easy to catch.” Once you have had a flame in your heart, it is easy to rekindle. You will love the subtle, almost sweet flavours enveloped by the heat of this sauce which is made with West Indian Red peppers grown locally, in the fields of Walkerswood. We don’t claim it to be the hottest pepper sauce, but it has a good kick which will bring up any savoury dish. A dash or two will do.
This is a classic Jamaican hot sauce which is great for adding a little West Indian heat to any meal. It’s hot but not overpowering and is a fantastic addition to most sauces and marinades.
Ingredients: Hot Peppers, Vinegar, Water, Brown Sugar, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ascorbic Acid (Antioxidant), Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).
