Gods of Sauces is a small-batch artisan producer based in Albany, Western Australia, and the Korean Passion Fruit is their most tropical creation — a mild Korean-style sauce that adds passion fruit pulp to the gochujang-sesame oil-garlic base that defines their Korean range. The passion fruit’s distinctive tropical tartness and floral sweetness cuts through the gochujang’s earthy depth and adds a genuinely exotic quality that makes this unlike any other Korean-style sauce on the market. Manzano chillies (a Mexican and South American variety with a fruity, mild heat) add depth without overwhelming heat.

Mild heat by design — intended to complement Asian dishes, fried chicken, and fish without dominating them. Also excellent on desserts and as a general table sauce. Gluten free. Made in Albany, Western Australia.
